I’m having difficulty downloading the app. What should I do?

If you are experiencing trouble downloading the app, please make sure to check the following:
Does your internet connection work well?
Do you use a VPN on your device?
Is there enough storage on your device?
Do you use the correct link to download it? Please click here to download the app from the Google Play store.
Also, please try the basic troubleshooting instructions:
1. Delete the app:
2. Download it again;
3. Open the app and tap on the “I already have an account” button on the first screen of the app as shown below:
4. Enter your account details: email and password you set.
Then tap on the “Sign in” button to log in to your account, as shown below.
